Mulberry Apiary

Bringing Sweetness from our house to yours.
How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
Psalm 119:103

Mulberry Apiary has a small river running through it's heart. This river has many uses and future plans have more gardens on the river banks. We feel very blessed to have land on both sides of this fresh water source. It runs clear and clean during the warm summer months and in the winter it only freezes up in the coldest of times.

The river is home to much wildlife. Huge snapping turtles are regularly seen. In the spring during ice out, the river is a source of food for the sandhill cranes. Eagles are seen flying overhead daily.

Ice out in spring brings it's own entertainment. The cracks and groans of the river ice lets you know spring is on the way.
