The Lemon 'Champion' Quince (Chaenomeles lagenaria) zone 3-9 is the only plant that you can make lemon juice in the bold cold north. It is a perennial bush that can get up to 4 feet tall. It makes an apple shaped fruit but is not the texture of an apple. It has a pretty red colored flower that the honey bees love. There are 6 varieties of of quince that you can read about here.
